Stability and bugfix release for the Dependency Embedding & Whole Assembly Encryption features, and more.

Changelog
- Bugfix: Fixed an issue, where dependency embedding could cause different versions of the same assembly to be loaded. This could break WPF Style inheritance between assemblies in some cases.
- Bugfix: Fixed an issue, where Whole Assembly Encryption would not work, if the assembly's entry point type was dependent on assemblies which were embedded into the main assembly.
- Bugfix: Whole Assembly Encryption would cause navigation-based WPF applications to crash on startup. Other applications which rely on Pack URIs would also crash. This bug has now been fixed.
- Bugfix: This update fixes a problem which could cause an obfuscated application to crash when running it on Turkish Windows.
- New Feature: Added support for automatic exclusion of parsed Enum types.
- New Feature: Support for automatic exclusion of WCF Channel interfaces.
- New Feature: Fixed automatic detection of Serializable attribute in dependency assemblies.
- New Feature: Introduced automatic stripping of DebuggerDisplayAttribute.
